Eight men at the American detention camp in Guantánamo Bay have separately given their lawyers “consistent accounts” of being tortured at a secret prison in Afghanistan at various periods from 2002 to 2004, Human Rights Watch, a group based in New York, said Sunday. [opening paragraph]…

A report released by the rights group to detail the accounts said that the detainees called the place the “dark prison” or “prison of darkness,” and that they said they were chained to walls, deprived of food and drinking water, and kept in total darkness with loud rap or heavy metal music blaring for weeks at a time.

One detainee, identified as Benyam Mohammad, an Ethiopian who grew up in Britain, told his lawyer of being “hung up” in a lightless cell for days at a time, as his legs swelled and his hands and wrists became numb. He said that loud music and “horrible ghost laughter” was blasted into the cell, and that he could hear other prisoners “knocking their heads against the walls and doors, screaming their heads off.”

The military of both the US and Canada will also be called to play an increasing role in civilian law enforcement activities. (BECAUSE) The real objective underlying the SPP is to militarize civilian institutions and repeal democratic government.

• ANNEXATION of Canadians: NAFTA has not only opened up new avenues for US corporate expansion, it has laid the groundwork for the post 9/11 integration of military command structures, public security, intelligence and law enforcement.

Rather than planning east-west the plan is for five export pipelines to the U.S.

Social Welfare:
U.S. has cut welfare by 13% every year since George Bush
took power in 2000. Since 1961 (over a 45 year period), the total tax bill for the average Canadian family has increased 1590%. By comparison, the cost of housing has increased 1019%; the cost of food, 487%; and the cost of clothing, 447%.

Canadians’ Sovereignty was not initiated in 1982 by an amalgamation of previous documents (1867-1982), which overwhelmingly remain nameless and traceless to the general public, who must therefore rely on anonymous documents in the internet domain and mostly they are not to be found. I did manage to locate a government page on our Founding Fathers (of about a paragraph each) at a government introduction to the British North America Act and Canada’s Founding Document (renamed and with url links to its amended bits only). Such a display of reticent self effacement ought not to be displayed by my government. I consider nullifying attribution an assault against my citizenship: Ignorance cramps my conversation!

The question is not “About Our Constitution”:

The question is not “About Canadian Sovereignty”…

The question is “About Canadians’ Sovereignty” initiated by Magna Carta (1215) and followed by Petition of Right (1628), Bill of Rights (1689), Writ of Habeus Corpus (1679), Act of Settlement (1701) and the Treaty of Paris (1763). The Founding of Dominion of Canada by the British North American Act (1867) and out of a sense for the necessity of clarification, the Canadian Peoples later added the Canadian Bill of Rights (1960) and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (1982), while specifically codifying the Rights of the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada and during the adoption of the Constitution Act (1982).

The British Statute titled “British North American Act 1867” is OUR National “Founding Document” originating out of and upholding the principle in virtue of the Magna Carta (1215), thereby codifying the basis for the:

Individual’s Three Absolute Human Rights as being—
1.The Right to Personal Liberty
2.The Right to Personal Security
3.The Right To Property

The BNA Act created a Federation (Dominion of Canada) and the “water tight” division of legislative powers between the federal and provincial governments out of the acknowledged need to protect the peoples of Canada from aberrant exercise of State power-over a people, who have gifted their representatives with the responsibility of governance. For example, intent re-affirmation for the creation of a Federal Government of Canada by our Founding Fathers “1950 Decision of the Supreme Court of Canada, Nelson Hotel Company Ltd., Attorney General of Nova Scotia versus Attorney General of Canada and Lord Nelson Hotel Company Ltd.”

To Clarify: The true intent for the creation of a federal government was not to create a centralized dictatorship over the provinces and the people, but more so to take care of the common functions performed by each province. The federal government was designed to be nothing more than a servant for the provinces, who in turn were charged by the people to preserve their cultural diversities in balance with respect for each.

The BNA Act reasoning for our three absolute, individual rights comprising the peoples’ sovereignty as a whole, is founded on the centuries-old, commonly-held belief that–

The human right of the natural person is sacrosanct.

And dates back to the Magna Carta (1215). For this reason our Founding Document is similar in principle to that of Great Britain, which is the Magna Carta (1215) AND the four aforementioned documents [Petition of Right (1628), Bill of Rights (1689), Writ of Habeus Corpus (1679), Act of Settlement (1701) and Treaty of Paris (1763) with each a particular reassertion of the human right of the natural person is sacrosanct], in sum created over the preceding five hundred years.

The Canadian Bill of Rights (1960) was designed to reaffirm and to thereby ensure that “no law of Canada, accept expressly declared by an Act of Parliament, will abrogate, abridge or infringe upon any of (our) rights or freedoms” that which already existed.

The Constitution Act (1982) transferred formal control-over amendments to the BNA Act from Britain to Canada and in the same year, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, essentially affirming an amalgamation of human rights that already existed since before the Founding of Canada, while specifically codifying the Rights of the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada Act, thereby particularly ensuring human right of the natural person is sacrosanct to the Indigenous Peoples of Canada, thereby upholding that which was declared in the BNA Act (1867).

The Founding Document of Canada is profound in its implications. Because the above mentioned documents were drafted to enhance and to ensure the recognition, hence protection of our fundamental human right: Human Rights Issues involving personal freedoms (e.g. death penalty, abortion, parental rights, homosexuality, welfare, labour, health, deism, etc.) are not merely morality issues for the individual to intimately define for oneself, hence personally act upon without bringing harm to one’s neighbours. Our Canadians’ Sovereignty specifically denies the right of a consensus by the majority of citizenry to exercise their personal morality, hence control-over Other through legislative infringement against individual life’s energy—asserted, affirmed, and persistently reaffirmed!

No introductory mention of the foundation of Canadians’ Sovereignty can be stated without make mention of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (December 10, 1948), called “the Magna Carta of Mankind” by Eleanor Roosevelt and the “the Conscience of Mankind” by Pope John Paul II. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights recognized our fundamental rights and freedoms throughout the world, and influenced national legislation, including the Canadian Bill of Rights (1960) and our Charter of Rights and Freedoms (1982) and Rights of the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada (1982). Its adoption sparked a revolutionary change in how international law was practiced by recognizing that our fundamental human right is a matter for international concern. Most controversial was its assertion that individuals have a fundamental right to health care, education, and work. Canada was one of the originating members (9 Nov. 1945) of the United Nations, as well as having a Canadian credited as the author of the Universal Declaration–John Peters Humphrey, New Brunswick whose admirable character exemplifies the best of our Canadians’ sovereignty, as expressed by individual vitality of personhood out of which the collective spontaneously forms.

Private companies operating in the free market lack one thing government has – the power of coercion. The free market operates with you making the decisions based on personal choice. Under Public/Private Partnerships the choices are decided for you in meetings behind closed doors. The private companies gain the power of government to do as they please – and the governments earn the independence of the companies, no longer needing to answer to voters. It’s the perfect partnership. But it’s not freedom. Such a process allows the private companies to be little more than government-sanctioned monopolies, answerable to no one. Their power is awesome and near absolute. Some call such policy corporatism. Another term would be corporate fascism.

The SPP currently operates as a clandestine agreement between U.S. President Bush, Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and the President of Mexico, with 30 trans-national Big Business interests in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, to work towards a “North American Union.” (NAU). The SPP is implementing a process to create the NAU by 2010, and it is itself an anti-democratic process, that is in accompanying violation of both U.S. and Canadian anti-trust and constitutional law.

The Sherman Antitrust Act (Sherman Act[1], July 2, 1890, ch. 647, 26 Stat. 209, 15 U.S.C. § 1-7), was the first U.S. government action to limit monopolies, and forms the intellectual legal basis of modern U.S. antitrust laws. The Sherman Act provides: “Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared to be illegal”. The Act also provides: “Every person who shall monopolize, or attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any other person or persons, to monopolize any part of the trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, shall be deemed guilty of a felony …” The Act put responsibility upon government attorneys and district courts to pursue and investigate trusts, companies and organizations suspected of violating the Act.

NACC (North American Competitiveness Council) operates essentially
